It's hard to believe this is dark roast, it's very mild. Smooth coffee with a very nice aftertaste. I can't wait to try other blends!

I was very curious about this coffee and I tried it. It has a nice smooth original flavour. My regular coffee was bothering my stomach, and surprisingly this one does not bother my stomach! Love it! I also tried Drunken Sailor but prefer this one.

Ocean Fresh's salt undertone brings bold flavor when used for cocktails or desserts. It extracts very nicely and has a nice smooth crema. It has been my go-to for my morning Americano as well!

Excellent roast to enjoy black. This dark roast was very mild compared to many other dark roasts Iโ€™ve tried but in a pleasant (not weak) way. The mellow, yet smooth taste held well throughout the entire cup even as the coffeeโ€™s temperature dropped. A touch of saltwater taffy with notes of vanilla, toasted marshmallow, and caramelized brown sugar lead to a very unique and enjoyable flavor profile that I would definitely recommend. Brew Method: Inverted Aeropress Water Temp: 95 C Bloom Time: 10 seconds Steep Time: 60 seconds

I've been really excited to try this flavour and I'm glad I did. First thing I noticed is that the smell of this coffee wasn't overly strong as it usually is with a bag of coffee. Instead, there was this very faint smell of beach & a delicate wiff of coffee underneath. Having grown up in the Caribbean it kinda made me think of home. Mellow is an apt descriptor. Using whole beans, that I ground just before use, I brewed my first pot of this using a simple 4 cup coffee maker (percolator). Trying it black, it was very smooth but a bit too light in flavour for me. Dressed up with my preffered amount of cream & sugar, it was a delightful cup of coffee that I could drink regularly. It might just be in my head but the salt might have made it even taste sweeter when the sugar was added; yum! I love that by trying out Saltwinds coffee I'm learning a lot about my own coffee preferences. The blends I have tried so far are very different from each other which means they have something for everyone. Can't wait to try more.
